Stay Feral, Stay Loud

Today was an absolute blast. Nicole and I had the honor of leading our second women's self-defense course, and we couldn’t have asked for a better group of badass women to share the day with. A huge thank you to Omega Jiu Jitsu for letting us take over their space, and an extra round of applause (or sympathy) for Mike and Josh—who graciously sacrificed their bodies for our kicks, knees, and punches.

Big shoutout to everyone who shared the event, attended, or brought a friend—you helped make today a success. Meeting new women and spreading this knowledge is always a privilege. One class won’t make you invincible, but if it helps you feel more confident and prepared in uncomfortable situations, that’s a win.

Trusting your instincts, using your voice, and refusing to shrink—can be just as powerful as any technique. Women’s empowerment starts with knowing we are not easy targets.
