About the event
Mind & Mat is a girls-only leadership and development camp hosted by She Devil Jiu Jitsu Club at The Den.
This week is designed for teen girls who train and want to grow both on and off the mat. Over five days, participants will train, learn, connect, and develop confidence in a supportive all-girls environment.
Each day will include structured Jiu Jitsu training, stretching and breath work, leadership and confidence-building activities, and time to connect with other girls who share a love for training. We will also welcome guest female instructors and speakers who will share their experiences, careers, and stories to inspire the next generation of strong young women.
This is not a recreational day camp or beginner program. Mind & Mat is designed to challenge and encourage girls who already train to develop their skills, mindset, and leadership. Let your young lady spend an unforgettable week together at The Den.…

This is for camp deposit. Early bird pricing is $175 for the week and is for those registered before May 1, 2026. Deposit of $75 is due to register, balance of $100 will be due May 15, 2026.
